My experience

‍

As Maths Hub Lead (London South East Plus), I am an experienced system leader, working with over 300 schools across six London boroughs. Holding a Professional Development (PD) Lead Accreditation (NCETM), I lead professional development on Specialist Knowledge for Teaching Mathematics. Furthermore, as a Primary Mastery Specialist I have a strong knowledge of Maths pedagogy, working with SLT and Maths Leads to develop, embed and sustain this high quality, research informed and evidence based approach.

I am also an experienced Primary Maths Lead, currently leading a Maths Team in my role as Strategic Maths Lead (Redriff Primary). Promoting a high quality curriculum, teacher subject and pedagogical knowledge and pupils’ metacognition and growth mindset are at the forefront of my practice.
