My experience

I have taught across the school, from reception up to year six. I have a supported colleagues at the early stages of their career and improved outcomes in their class.

‍

In recent years, I have been heavily involved with schools across the country to introduce a maths scheme that has a focus on mastery by working with senior leadership, conducting staff meetings and teaching modeled lessons. As a class teacher I maintain a good pace of learning, and us my enthusiasm and energy and high behaviour expectations based on positive phrases to enable good learning for all.
